Todays run, 26 degrees and a strong headwind. Probably not the best idea in the world but with the half marathon next weekend. I had no choice.
It was without a doubt. The hardest workout I have ever done. Bring on the half marathon now!
I decided to take my garmin to football the other day as a matter of interest to see what distance I could cover in 1 game of 6-a-side. Not bad results I don’t think.
I am now reviewing products! Come and have a look!
Hey folks. Sorry for my recent absence. I have had the dreaded man flu! Kind of knocked me for six but I am back and seem to be ok!
Was finally fit enough to go out for a run today. Having left my car keys in my mates car I thought it would be the ideal opportunity to pound the pavements.
It is good to see I still have my pace but I think my endurance has taken a knock. But nothing I cannot build back with time.
I also have a new mile PB. #magicmile! of 6:14. Well happy with this! Anyway here is the summary. Also had to stop and talk to my friend when I finally got the key off him. But still a decent time.
